Our Floor Plan service combines modern laser measuring with the ANSI National Standards for Residential Real Estate to create accurate and detailed renderings. We also calculate living square footage as well as totals for unfinished/un-permitted spaces.

- Price is based on TOTAL MEASURED sqft – not just living sqft. If you would not like non-living spaces measured (i.e. garages, unfinished basements, unfinished attics, etc.) please let us know at the time of booking!
- Floor plan delivery is typically Three Business Days after the measuring session for properties up to 4500 total measured sqft.
- Floor plans are delivered digitally as PDFs. If you would like a branded version please send us your preferred contact information including agent photo/logo and company logo.
- WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CALCULATED LIVING SQFT. We use the latest laser-measuring technology in conjunction with the ANSI National Standards to measure and calculate square footage but our measurements are purely for marketing purposes and are not guaranteed!
